Center for Courage & Renewal Website
The mission of the Center for Courage & Renewal is to
nurture personal and professional integrity and the courage to act on
it. The Circles of Trust approach was developed by fellow Friend Parker J. Palmer and is described in his work, A Hidden Wholeness: The Journey Toward An Undivided Life.
It is a process by which participants are offered the opportunity to
reconnect with a source of Inner Wisdom through large group, small
group, and solitary work. The goal is to rejoin soul and role; bringing
into greater congruency who we are with what we do in the world.
During this conference we hope to accomplish the following... 1. Introduce participants to the conditions required to create a Circle of Trust 2. Provide a direct experience of a Circle of Trust 3. Explore how Circles of Trust can inform our professional work and ministry
